Growing criticism: Swift data in terrorist investigation useless claimed (Financial Times Germany)
The European Commission, the transfer of financial transaction data from the U.S. had helped in the arrest of the "Sauerland-terrorists." Now it turns out that that was a lie.
When it comes to deprive citizens of their rights, governments are happy and quick to the public quite shamelessly to cheat on the bar and thread and to lie. This will not change anything. One can only hope that that is still very common occurring deference to authority in Germany, also and especially in the local media, more and more lies debunked by such crumbles.
